After paying my bill last night,in a Restaurant, Kiev Ukraine with Cash,the waiter asked me if They could give me 120 Hgrivnas Cash ($15) and then if they could deduct that amount from perhaps any of My debit or credit cards,so they could get their "Online Accounts" corrected.
I said No,i dont have cards,but what kind of Scam were they trying?????
Anyone know.
