Provident Financial PLC has announced plans to issue up to £75,000,000 7.00 per cent Bonds due 2020.

Anybody get this and if so thoughts on safety of investment - I aint invested in bonds previous (only shares) so appreciate some advice. I think they have more security than ordinary shares and as such at first glance this seems decent - agree / disasgree? Any watchouts and in event something like this is oversubscribed do they tend to favour big investors or like a spread?
