£8 tax on spirits. Great! Destroy jobs in Scotland and create jobs outside UK (from extra wine drunk instead of spirits).

Another false pre-budget leak so when they 50p on (like they did last year) we'll think great we are only being **ed/thieved out of another 50p/bottle.
