I have a charging order on my house,
if i sell my house for just the amount of the out staning mortgage amount,what happens with the order,thanks

You'll have paid off your mortgage debt. If the charging order is for a debt unrelated to your mortgage debt, you will still owe it.

Because the Charging order is is lodged with the Land Registry, i would be surprised if you could Sell the property without the Debtor`s permission or by having to pay them something.
I would take Legal advice on this or talk to Chisel!!!

Your conveying Solicitor would get in touch with the Creditor who has the charging order on the house,You can not sell it without their permission and they will not give it unless they are getting their money back.
