Bloke was in the house 10 mins...did a bit of measuring ...never asked about any fuel billls,etc.
Charges best part of 5 hundred.
then,when i see the brochure (and i know as a fact the average houses grade is E on fuel/energy)...it's been put down as D...........and,it costs a fortune to heat it...and it's it feckin' freezin'!

You have paid too much for it! They are a total rip off, no one even bothers to ask/read them anyway.. Total waste of time. Ironically teh Estate Agents that did not want them now make a substantial amount of theirr income from them. They probably make £100 plus for every one they get booked...Money for old rope |

Seen a copy of a HIP for my House, Annoyed that of my 5 windows, 4 are Double Glazed with Pilkington "K" heat reflective glass (1996) report on Energy certificate says Windows are Poor!!!!, Can anyone explain why???.
He assumed i had Cavity wall insulation, if he had cast his torch around the loft space he would have seen the Insulation Overflow on some of the breeze blocks. Lazy Tw@t |

I have 18 panes of glass in the house, 17 are double glazed with heat reflective k glass, the other is single glazed, but with 8mm toughened glass (nearly as effective as double glazing).
My muppet describe the house as 'PARTIALY double glazed'....he had too, form gives him only 3 options 'not', 'partial', 'fully' double galzed. |

young fella who came to my house didn't even bother going up in the loft.
he just put his hand up and felt the insulation around the edge of the hatch. luckily there was plenty of insulation there. the rest of the loft could have had no insulation whatsoever and he wouldn't have known. A real waste of time and money. |

HIP firm has told me, if Double Glazed, All windows were installed before 2002, computer software generator comes up with Average at best, if just 1 window is Not D.G. Then Poor comes up.
