RBS currently at 32p

Lloyds currently at 54p

RBS between 37.5 and 39.25 and Lloyds will be between 47.5 and 49.5.

The government will not let them fail.
They are no doubt repairing their balance sheets at a good rate & will be higher imo.

Yes . You can rely on the Govt to look after your interest as a shareholders in the banks.
