I need to get a mortgage

I have no deposit
Same job for 5 years - steady with an annual 10% bonus
I have NO debts - nada
The purchase price for a property that I like is about 120K not a lot just a basic 1 bed in Kent. (roughly what I want)

How can i do this or do I have to find a 12K deposit.

Tres frustrating!

You need a 10% deposit I am afraid. Who do you bank with?

What is your salary also? Sorry but need information to help you out!

Unfortunately 25% is unacceptably high... :D
