I've just (deliberately) emptied my bank with a series of tips in quick succession. However, the vast majority have won but my bank is still showing Zero because there is such a long lag between the end of an event and the settlement on Tipsters.
One of my tips has now become a Settled Tip but I'm not sure if the winnings have been credited or not.

Hi - generally it will take 1 hour although I will raise this as a discussion point. However, because of the issue with the lay settlement we have just turned the settlement feed off so no other tips are incorrectly settled. It will be turned back on when the fix for the tip settlement is put in. All outstanding settlements should then be updated.
Hi Sarah - an hour may need discussion as I think people may expect it to be 'settled', and funds available, in a similar sort of timeframe as they are used to on Betfair.
we're going to try 5 minutes and see if that's acceptable
