If I back a player and they withdraw before the game starts do I get my money back on Betfair?

for matches yes. For outrights no, if they player has played a previous match in the tournament.

Are non-starters classed as non-runners in the tournament winner market?
For example if I've layed Raducanu, which is out, is that a win for layers or money back?
