Vika withdrew, Keys withdrew, Putintseva just retired in her match ... It's that time of the season.
Will be interesting to see how all the Laver Cup participants will do in China this week, and if they'll even show up. Andy Murray gets a shot at revenge against Tennys Sandgren.

Yesterday, Pedro Sousa was leading 5-0 in the second set vs. Coppejans, had five matchpoints, but couldn't end the match, and was forced into a tie-break.

Today, Pedro Sousa was 0-5 down vs. Kohlschreiber, defended five setpoints, and fights to 5-5.

Things can change quickly.

What are the chances of that lol

I can only imagine how hard the other Sousa would have been seething if he was forced into a tb after being 5-0 up and wasting 5 match points.

maybe not. she did try to fight back in USO against Woz, and had to be taken out on a stretcher but that was a Slam SF. Last week, or the week before in some Chinese event, she was completely finished and got bageled in set 3.

I got out half of my stake at 4-4 (1.68 after initially backing at 1.6), so would have been in trouble if she had broken for 5-3. Would have taken a full red if Pong had gone 5-4 but instead Dasha broke I layed off some more of my Dasha bet and ended up with a decent win.

probably not more than the likes of Nedelko cheat bettors out of with their fixing. But of course if she cheated the future world number one Alison van Uytvanck out of money, there should have been punishment for Pong/compensation for van Uytvanck, but a 6 month suspension seems harsh.
