KHACHANOV - KOHLSCHREIBER susp - WHY?

I have another question: I bet on Karen Khachanov @3.25 during 1.set (at Khachanov 4:1* Kohlschreiber) and now I see that my bet was voided! Why?? What is the reason? Everything was ok with my bet, so it not FAIR to cancel that bet.. Before that match odds on Khachanov was about 6-7 so, with one break odds are about 3-3,5.. I really dont understand that VOID..

Can only assume they suspended in error.  I bet pre match at 7.00 and have been paid out so nothing untowards with the game.

Unfortunately there was a technical error which prevented the match from turning in-play at the correct time. Due to this error a number of bets have had to be voided.

THIS IS A MOCKERY! Betfair! IT'S NOT FAIR!!! Just check the odds and time of bet! I really dont understand that VOID. If odds where OK, and names of the players where ok, You cant void that! Even if You have some inside technical problem, I dont know about it and for me everything looks good and as always!

In such proceedings You can VOID each bet without reason !

I bet early on match and my bets was also cancelled.. This is so unfair and I have been in so many situations and lost but never got my money back.. thej shoul change their name from betfair so betunfair..

I have been betting here for 10 years but now i am considering to take all my money out and bet somewhere else..
