Anyone know if any bookies have refunded outright on her
Had £60 at 150/1 with sky bet who have refunded
£305 at 66/1 with bet365 who haven't.
Hopefully if others have also refunded I can go to bet365 and plead my case.

If you read their rules, you'll find that outright bets are refunded only for non-runners (players that do not play at least a single ball at the tournament). This is not the case of Bouchard.
