not showing markets odds and amounts matched since the start of new season before being down since this morning...

I called them; they directed me to this page "https://betting.betfair.com/tennis/" but it seems they have turned a simple system into something rather complicated............

He's not referring to odds missing from the exchange, he's talking about the odds missing from the betfair tennis form page that the opening poster is referring to. The odds and matches always used to show up along with the live scores but since the beginning of this season, only the matches and live scores were showing up; the live match market and current odds were not showing.

well said. Just looked at the form via the new site and its awful. Why on earth have they taken off such a good and simple to use market and stats page, especially as they are still linking to it via individual matches. This is just an awful mess

Probably the bots don't require it any more as they'll link direct to each market. It seems a shame to discard a facility so useful to non bots.
