because an Anglicised version of her name is more internationally marketable

and there's also a problem with the letter ö in URL's.

ö is not a permitted character in a URL.

Surely just change the ö to a o and no need to include an e ?

Can't really see how Goerges is more marketable, Gorges would have people pronouncing it Julia "Gorgeous", which sounds better

this is getting silly now.

oe is the accept diagraph for languages which do not have the ö.

ö corresponds to a completely different phoneme to o. it sounds like "err" rather than the o in "off"
