Looks like their results feed got a bit carried away, handicap and total games which are manually settled are still ok.

no bets will be voided. doro you would not want them to settle it using tv, as that is at least 8 seconds behind real time, automation helps on settlement times.

i discussed with live help and they are absolutely dire. Had cnflicting information and have requested a call back Now need Anderson to win to turn my loss into a zero game. Could have layed off for profit if market had been manageable. But customer services at betfair are useless.

Could have took the green out if it hadn't gone down. If the market hadn't reopened id have been down nearly 2k.

the market was back up during the set, he hit sub 1.2 on set point in the tb so there's no excuse for not getting out, even though betfair did mug by closing it in the first place

I checked my current matched bets after betfair suspended betting and there were non listed, so I moved on to something else. When I checked back later after the match my bets stood.

yeah would have certainly caught out people who weren't aware that the bets will still stand. they really should void in situations like that instead of giving you your stake back and saying you have no bet only to take it back when they put the market back up

The point being that betfair doesn't have a transparent system -- if they remove all records of our bets it doesn't mean our bets have been voided or that the records are gone, just that they are hidden from us at their whim.
