All bets are seen as a gentleman agreement. Meaning fair play needs to be included. Betfair fund the organisation that polices this, so do you think you will ever win a case? Betting sites like this are ****. Simple as.

I understand that Betfair crashes every now and then.
The one thing they they've said though is that won't open markets again until everything is stable again in situations like these. And then that exact thing just happened here!

I will thanks tweedy. Bit suspect this, if you lost your bet it wasn't voided and you lost the money, but if you won your bet it WAS voided... which begs the question, what happened to the winnings? Like roubis said probably.
my bet of stephens is missing from my betting history not voided or lapsed or unmatched
what basis could they void the bet if my computer crashed and i was unable to update my bet it would be my fault

I bet on Stephens to win and it is the only market not settled- all my money is tied up in that and they wont at least release my stake
