Ive got time for Tomic, and just feels he needs the right people around him for him to one day become a true force in the game, but right now he's vulnerable--vulnerable to players like our own DAN EVANS, who not only have the quality,  but more importantly, take the ball on and initiate the play.

I feel if he comes out with the same attitude and plays to 90% of what he produced against Nishi, he wins this.

yes. And I am surpriced that Evans estimated almost like clay mug Ramos-Vinolas. 1.32 - 1.4. Dan has played two challenger finals few weaks ago, beat 3 quolifiers and nishikori at the USO.
Ramos is a clay mug and took 2 sets again Tomic

definitely looking forward to this one

not sure if he wins again but he will definitely take a set

I like Tomic, but the only reason he pulled through in the last round was because Albert couldnt sustain his level of hitting. His level dropped, his belief vanished and he eventually succumbed to Tomic's pitter patter. I just hope Dan comes in with the same attitude, but can only se him being encouraged by Tomic's lack of initiative.

I dont like ever predicting Tomic losses, but styles make fights, they say. I think Tomic is ripe for the beating.

Evans, a quality player?  Perhaps you mean he is the best quality English player around at the moment?

This match is entirely on Tomic's racquet.

Evans much better than his ranking for sure now he's decided he wants to play on non-green surfaces outside of the UK

quality wise I think Evans is a top 100 player at worst (possibly can find himself in the lower parts of top 50 in a good year) but as with many, attitude and consistency will always be a problem

Report aaronh August 29, 2013 8:36 PM BST
but yeah Tomic should win if he plays his best save for a peak Evans performance really

Evans up 2 sets to 1 now and price is 1.72.  I think he should be much shorter than that so had a big bet on Evans and won't lay off.  This should see Tomic win from here since he has been a bit of a nightmare for me betting wise.

This royal throne of kings, this scepter'd isle,
This earth of majesty, this seat of Mars,
This other Eden, demi-paradise,
This fortress built by Nature for herself
Against infection and the hand of war,
This happy breed of men, this little world,
This precious stone set in the silver sea,
Which serves it in the office of a wall,
Or as a moat defensive to a house,
Against the envy of less happier lands,
This blessed plot, this earth, this realm, this England

Can't believe Tomic just gave up when only 1 break down. Didn't even bother trying to return just started walking for the next serve as soon as Evans served.

Do some research into it, you fool. I'm not here to make up for your mental deficit and ignorance. Cool

Report lurka August 30, 2013 6:34 PM BST
I don't need to. It is a speech from a play ie NOT a POEM

England is not an island, Britain is you cretin
Report ArmchairIdiot August 30, 2013 11:47 PM BST
It's a 'prose' actually, but I was merely dumbing it down those that never had an education, like yourself.

It doesnt say 'England is an island' in it, you utter fool--it refers to the land as the 'scepter'd isle'. Mong.

As I said, spasticus, I didnt write the fcking thing, William Shakspeare DID!! Write him a letter of complaint Laugh
Report lurka August 31, 2013 3:13 PM BST
It refers to England as being an island, the whole piece refers to England only, 'scepter'd isle' included. Isn't that why you quoted it, no?

So you agree it's not a poem, well done. How am I ignorant then? I'm correct on both counts yet you call me ignorant and uneducated. Muppet, living up to your name
Report ArmchairIdiot August 31, 2013 4:27 PM BST
Jesus wept. No, that is NOT why I quoted it. This is where you've gone wrong from the start, by trying too hard to appear clever and making silly assumptions to justify your thinly veiled SEETHE. And irrespective of why I quoted it, I DIDN'T WRITE IT. Now kindly do one. Happy
Report ArmchairIdiot August 31, 2013 4:32 PM BST
Shakespesre was obviously a retard.
