"vulnerable to players like our own DAN EVANS, who not only have the quality"Evans, a quality player? Perhaps you mean he is the best quality English player around at the moment? This match is entirely on Tomic's racquet.
Evans much better than his ranking for sure now he's decided he wants to play on non-green surfaces outside of the UK
quality wise I think Evans is a top 100 player at worst (possibly can find himself in the lower parts of top 50 in a good year) but as with many, attitude and consistency will always be a problem

This royal throne of kings, this scepter'd isle,This earth of majesty, this seat of Mars,This other Eden, demi-paradise,This fortress built by Nature for herselfAgainst infection and the hand of war,This happy breed of men, this little world,This precious stone set in the silver sea,Which serves it in the office of a wall,Or as a moat defensive to a house,Against the envy of less happier lands,This blessed plot, this earth, this realm, this England

Do some research into it, you fool. I'm not here to make up for your mental deficit and ignorance.
