HI VECTOR_99 m8!
Well. It's nice question. In my cery solid opinion nadal will win, but not straight sets. First set will be presented to swiss in my opinion to make game competitive. @nd and 3rd set comfort win for Rafa. |
By:
i have lost 300£ today on mugray today and i intend to make it back with a 1000£ bet on rafa
By:
i hope it happens that way that swiss gets the first set
By:
but seems like a day of upsets, djokovic and murray lucky i bailed out of djokovic match.
By:
Answering the question, I think YES RAFA should win, but taking in consideration that they are old friends, and that it is late match , probably this will go 3 sets , or "over games" is good bet in my opinion
By:
I don't buy the old friends element. Straight sets Nadal for me.
By:
nadal is playing like he as at French last year. unplayable
By:
well Dimitrov took a set from rafa and Roger is worse?
By:
Federer didn't play that badly against Haas when he got going. He just hit a lot of balls off the frame of his racquet, which I don't think should be such a problem against Nadal, whose shots give more time to react, even if the angle of them is more difficult to hit, Federer is experienced enough to deal with that.
However, Federer's speed around the court has slowed a lot and that is where Nadal will have the biggest advantage. This week the Spaniard has been moving his opponents around the court with ease and hitting very few errors himself. Additionally his serving has been very good. After a lengthy match yesterday and questions about his fitness, Federer could struggle to match Nadal around the court. |
By:
you see almost every one is pitting nadal to win and if rafa decides to tank here we are in for huge loses, although rafa on paper should win this comfortably however you never know whether he will tank here or not.
By:
tipping nadal.
By:
certainly by looking at djokovic and murray it seems there is every chance rafa can tank especially when he has already won the montreal title.
By:
Has Nadal ever tanked a match?
By:
good point i agree i have never seen him tank.
By:
yup
By:
may be against dodige near wimbledon he tanked.
By:
or was it istomen don`t remember.
By:
i cant say against lukas rosol in wimbledon itself
By:
over 21.5 games for me
surface is prettty fast .probably will go to tie-break |
By:
ijust hate it when federer keeps hitting nets and putting balls out of court if that trend is evident from the start then definitely easy win for rafa.
By:
i dont care who wins personally i like fed a lot but i need to make money.
By:
and best option seems to be backing rafa to win to make some bucks

I think Rafa will win but last time they played wasn't Fed the fav? Making the 1.3 a little low don't we think?
By:
last time they played fed was half decent and rafa was not in the form he is in at present
By:
The best option is to see how Federer is playing imo.
By:
They have played twice this year. The first time was at Indian Wells, and Nadal was underdog purely because he hadn't shown too much at that stage of his comeback (it was the later rounds of IW that made everyone realise 'holy crap, Rafa is back), and it was his first hard court tournament. Similarly, Federer's decline was not quite so much in evidence 4-5 months ago as it is now.
They played again at Rome a couple of months later and Rafa was about 1.25. |
By:
i ll wait till odds are even to make a bet
By:
The two greatest players to ever pick up a tennis racquet, but Nadal has this match up figured out. Expect lots of backhands from RF and a win for RN.
Yes RF was (1.88 on here) favourite at their last meeting in Indian Wells. |
By:
1.3 maybe on clay but on this surface i hope to c higher odds

Couple of bad, nervous errors from Fed there...
By:
Very bad UEs...
By:
FED IS OK IMHO.THIS GAME IS MOSTLY FOR FED. DESIGNED BY FED. I LOVE WAT I SEE. FED WILL HAVE A CHANCE TODAY
By:
nadal looks nervous also
By:
Yeah, he does. Better from Fed now too. Hmmm.
By:
Fed often starts well against Rafa, only to fall apart eventually.
