Surely it makes sense that in the case of a walkover, a player gets another pick but not in the case of a retirement.  What if I picked Monaco and he retired at 1-1 in the 1st set?  I wouldn't have anyone else to pick but all the people who picked Isner did because he was on first.

But then again maybe I'm biased because I picked Youzhny
