ok chaps - just back from the day job and saw this .... and it's televised - yippee!!!
Julia did pretty good at Family Circle - and Craybas appears to have taken it easy (not played much) this year. So.......... Georges to win ????
PS what's the difference in surface and environment here - and does it make a big difference for her ??

Julia lost as 1.45 favourite to Voegele at Family Circle.
As for surfaces, Julia has the ability to be a mug on all surfaces. Having said that, being indoors should cut her mug factor 10-15%, as she wont have any wind and maybe get some free points on serve. She should win, but don't be surprised if she goes missing for a while or drops a set even. Wouldn't be touching SP. If anything it's a lay to back. |
