if they took it first time, you got a case there, maybe you wont get the bet but you may push and try to get some discount, promo or some shyt like that
to be honest all the bookmakers made some kind of error with this event,even betfair took a few days before even adding gulbis to the outright market
I want more than a discount, I have a bet on him at 33/1 and 25/1 anyway but that is beside the point.

isnt there a sections they describe their responsabilities, it should be a twin case but showing their part
just a general section but nothing about them being able to void it once they have taken bet
do you have bet reference, screenshot or proof they accepted the bet harry?
then it is my understanding they cannot unillaterally cancel the contract, they should pay out. But, there is a case in which if they make a mistake with the quotes and it's a palp, they may try to persuade you it was an error and blablabla
however if they accepted and it's not in the T&Cs they can unilaterally cancel which shouldnt be, I think you have the right to claim
