oh dear missed this

You guys i am french, and Monfils had a very big problem on knee since long time, in french newspaper... two week ago, some journalist spoke about a possible end of career... meanwhile staff of player said it's ok... i think it's unclear

can you give me the odd sp ?? and the highest odd on the swedish ?
Report swebih October 16, 2012 10:55 PM BST
it depend which price you take
Report caramba October 16, 2012 10:57 PM BST
start odds about 1.05. not sure if it went lower than that, I only joined midway through first set when monfils odds were much higher even if there were no breaks. towards end of set 2 monf was matched at 1.21.
What a day for Sweden!!!

monfils knee problems are hardly a secret though.
Report PatrickSwaze October 16, 2012 11:03 PM BST
ok 1.05 sp Blush

i am very bad in ATP betting, just observe the monster odds are often amazing opportunity
Report edy October 16, 2012 11:06 PM BST
yeah, he just recently missed Tokyo and Shanghai because of those (reappearing) knee problems, even though he had both events scheduled.

The effort level was still kind of weak though. Never ever would he have shown up at this tournament if he had not been defending champion. In a way you have to honour that he came and at least played one match for his title defence, even if he played complete crap for most of the match.
Report PatrickSwaze October 16, 2012 11:06 PM BST
Yeah what a shame Rotweiler... really not believe Monfils will be so bad, if i was there to see this matchSad
Report PatrickSwaze October 16, 2012 11:09 PM BST
Yeah Edy you're right, cant blame Monfils here

He's a tennis player, not a puppet for tennis gambler
Report ;[p October 16, 2012 11:11 PM BST
tbh he shouldn play if he didnt wanted to win, should show up, meet with fans and thats it, no credit for playing with no desire even if hes not fully fit,as it was sort of fake match
Report caramba October 16, 2012 11:13 PM BST
too much dancing for Gael, can't be good for the knees.

I think P you really cant compare Cibby injurie to Monfils injurie

and i m just readed the Itw of Cibby after match, just said the surface court have so much change compared to the last year... so she had difficulties to find the good rhythm
Report ;[p October 16, 2012 11:25 PM BST
im not comparing the level of injury or something but attitude, she didnt play linz where she was in the final to preper better defending her title this week, if monfils show up just to pretend he defending his title but hes injured and cant play its not good for me, i know probably organizers preferred it to be this way and mugfils to play rather than not, but overall for me personally he should just stay in the vip box and wave to fans rather than putting on cheap show, but its just my personal opinion
Report bb66 October 16, 2012 11:28 PM BST
Monfils started with a break and touched 1.02, more matched @1.03
Report PatrickSwaze October 16, 2012 11:32 PM BST
yeah it's a respectable opinion mate...

but you know the world love drama show, tonight how many swedish have vibrated for this match, people attended a feat, and there are happy to back home.
