ATP and WTA are just as bad as each other. Challenger tennis is almost identical to WTA in terms of breaking and choking. This past week i have watched players who have been 5-2 up on tie breaks and then lost. Players who have been 4-1 up on games and then choked. Large favourites at 1.3 loosing in straight sets with embarassing scores. Sorry but i just had to butt in here and say that

good luck. are people quitting the a-rad fanclub now that she failed to repeat her Asia success from last year or are they loyal?
There were a few points either side of the end of the first set where I was starting to believe Shaza could take a set, but she just can't be consistently good enough to get it done.
maybe the speeches will be entertaining, but masha will stay classy imo unless aza says something bad about her.
the further far down Shaza goes, the harder she fights.. there is not really anyone else like here in WTA.. having said that she is serving like an average county standard player today so barring an Aza meltdown which is unlikely she is going to need some miracles here
shara's decibel levels are higher, but aza's screams are longer.
her trainer looks guilty of something , why hasn't she called him if having a bad game?
credit to Masha never going up and play this week in general tenniso, but Aza level above and seems confident enough these days, those meltdowns becoming pretty rare
