Unless there are injury concerns for Petrova (I have slept through most of this tournament), this is a noob price on Stosur.

Petrova can take her* and I don't see how 1.4s can appeal to anybody. In fact the match looks fairly uninteresting for betting (one more reason to sleep instead)

, but if I got involved it would be with a small trading lay for starters or an outright lay position.

* actually Petrova can take anyone for a set and most of them for 2 sets when she is on

@Marin1977......from what I have seen of Petrova, I must agree with your view of Petrova's ability on court. If she were to win this particular tournament ( it is a bigger deal for her than the other remaining contestants), it will bring her game on to another level. Winning and the habit of winning will stand to her. To back her and trade according to 1st set progress might be the way I would go. lol. It DOES mean we need to stay awake during the match though.

Stosur is the lay of the day!!

HTH 5-3 in favour of Nadezhda and she can make it 6-3 or at least try to do that.

Stosur is nothing special. Sharapova played like mug and still she had break chances in every game but she's playing awful in this tourney. And old woman Schiavone almost beat Stosur but Franny decided to make a gift for he lesbian friend - she was serving for the match and it's ended with double break and somehow she lost the match(what a stupid woman! all hail wta!).

petrova lost to stosur only once on hard in tight 3 sets last us open when sam won tourney. sam isnt great returner and she often strougles against good servers (time to time she can make exception like against serena or szarapova) and tall players as they have better position for her kick serves.nadia ticks boxes

on paper should be tight match as nadia playing well it seems,but she played 2, 3 setters in last two days against good players maybe bit tired,and she is so erratic at times u cannot trust her,sam maybe to solid this time
price is very short,should be up and down match

should add that maybe sam was lucky a bit at times but overall recently she picked her form to her usual very good level, and winning a lot,losing only in tight matches

Your reasoning where you point out that this match will be eratic gives more credence to my view that trading in the 1st set will be a MUST if getting involved on either lady. But I am leaning towards Nadia' price and trade from that.

@Marin1977...........more reason to back Nadia before start and lay later in 1st set (presumably at a nice little profit if she wins) stake well covered at least at this stage....but this is all depending on my view of what might happen. Could be completely incorrect but that is how I foresee events.

i think stosur will not lose without fight, she hasnt won a tourney since us open, so its big opportunity for her, looking at her recent record she loses mainly 3 setters or tiebraker 2 setters, so from her end i expect a lot.but she is bit limited and petrova know how to bite her .
everything lays at nadia side if she will put a good fight she may have big chance if she will be tired erratic and frustrated she may lose quickly,but i would expect rather first option. going to sleep thru so will set lays on stosur but below sp

also stosur if win she will jump into no8 position in the rank ,when win the tournament she will have some chance to qualify for istambul otherwise it will be tough for her as errani and li na (7 and 8) lost in first rounds last yr and sam in second at Bejing so they all can score points there but sam also was in final at osaka,

Well I fired a 1,1k lay @ 1.37 for starters. Lets see how it goes

if I decide to sleep instead I might reduce the exposure, will see.
