Cirtsea is such a frustrating player. Seen some of her matches this year and I was sure she was going to end up the year inside the top ten but she has been playing crap for teh past few months. She was brilliant in Stanford until she came up against Serena and since then she has regressed badly. Talent definitely there but she seems to be wasting it for whatever reason.

Deadly serious. Handsome Irishman wouldn't joke about what is such a grave matter. No seriously, really thought she was going to push on. And lets face it it's not that hard to believe she could make the top ten. Look at Errani and Bartoli. Two top ten players that have also flattered to deceive on numerous occasions.

Her loss against Tatishvili at the US was particularly disappointing after beating Lisicki in the 1st Round. She may have found her level, top 50 player and no more.
