need advices for tennis tv reception

hello, i'm posting because i'm a little bit lost with differents offers of satellites,cable tv,etc ( and being belgian it's difficult to find informations on forums,etc )

i would like to know what is the best configuration,solution to receive most of the tennis tournaments with the lowest delay possible ,

sometimes the tv of bookmakers is the quickest but for example, this summer, for the most of american tournaments i've between 3 and 6seconds delay...

so the odds changes when i see who won the point :p

so, which channel are you looking ? ( for cincinnati for example , there is espn2, but everyone is not in usa so it's by satellite? or there are simply courtsiders on this tournament ? )
