Russell should own this guy. When they met last year it was 6-2, 6-2 or something. Also Russell has crowd behind him, put out the number one seed already and hasn't dropped a set so far, whilst the other guy went 6-1 down to some no mark...

Russell is a strong favourite! Shows you what a poor quality match this is going to be.
By:
Darlo. I wouldn't call 1.7 representative of him being a strong favourite. Surprised he isn't below 1.5, but let's see what happens...

Think Russell in 2 or 3, more than likely 2. Matosevic has dropped a set to 2 mugs. Russell playing well at home and beat him handy last year on hard in Miami. Matosevic serve completely collapsed in the second set v Kamke last round (before Kamke followed suit in the 3rd). I don't think you'll see a collapse like that from Russell but prob will at some stage from Matosevic. His price has already come in a good bit, but I might wait for him to go above 2.0

By:
You think he'll got above 2...? Might just be a train...
By:
Russell was absolutely awful last night in the set and a half I watched. I wouldn't be touching him at 1.70. Even against Matosevic.
By:
OK...

Could be a cracking mugfest, one of those goldmines with massive swings.

Look at those list of winners. Tommy Haas, Andre Agassi, Delpo. Yep, this quarter-final is befitting of those names!
By:
not necessarily but if it goes with serve at the start it will if he goes 0-15 or 15-30 down
By:
was going to back Russell, but can't be bothered with a festival like Russell/Paire was ffs
By:
looking at the stats for russell last night his 2nd serve win % was 20% in first set (2/10) but Paire's was 15%. See how matosevic serves to start i reckon. he can be quite solid at times. i haven't watched russell at all this tourney

By:
Starting with a very small back of marinko, as I dont trust either, but he has the better odds and im pretty sure they will trade both sub 1,5 at some point.
By:
no stream?!?
By:
What if Marinko goes 15-30, though..
By:
Stream is a continuation of the Ram stream. http://livevideo.betfair.com/GetPlayer.do?pvdr=1&eventId=751277

By:

By:
backed russell at 2.10
30-40 |
By:
Very good call lurka!!!
By:
was it?
By:
doesn't look like it
By:
Can this guy keep it up, though...
By:
I'd really like to know how many times the the receiver gets advantage after the server saves triple break point. Just something I've noticed that seems to happen more often than you would think.
By:
MTF!!! I backed 1.200€ in Russel at 1.98!!!
start playing MUGGGGG |
By:
Awesome second serve from Matosevic there, kicked up so far over Russell's head
By:
Market in love with russel, could be soon 0-3.
By:
russle had is biggest win of career last week when he beat k anderson
By:
very early in the match to rul russell out.Even if h loses first set he can still win th match
By:
hopefully this means he's remembered how to serve
By:
Russell is 34 yrs old he won't be winning
By:
you wonder how he managed to beat a tie-break merchant like anderson
By:
By:
russell is playing poor.
By:
it can take a few games to get used to the other player's serve. don't think marinko will be able to keep this up on serve
By:
Dont write him off, He may have his momentum once marinkos brain stops working. We are not that far. odds correct now it seems.
By:
russlle has been unlucky with injuries during his career
By:
hope yous are right. early days
By:
why? not enough of them?!
