He's 7/1 to win next year.  If you assume he will be 7/1 the following year that makes him around 7/2 in the next 2 years.  If he plays until 30 thats another 5 chances, although probably wont be 7/1 at 30 unless he wins a couple before then.  He probably should be around 6/4 so 4/1 is cracking value if thats genuine but it depends if you are prepared to wait up to 5 years for your winnings.  Not for me I want to use my money before then
