Can anyone say why she was 70/1 before the tournament? Apart from having to face Sharapova, she was always in the easier half of the draw. She is surely too high still at 10/1 to win it considering she will face Kirilenko in the Quarters and then either Lisicki/Kerber in the semis?

Don't really want to see another top ranked player having not won a slam. Apparently she has very little in the way of points to defend between Wimbledon & US Open so it is a distinct possibility, regardless of the outcome @ SW19

radwanska and azarenka after great first half of the year had little down and become tired before roland gaross, and both dont like clay. she tanked/lost with pironkova as well so the prices went up
