wudnt be backing gas gay at those prices. haas is dangerous for sure
Report freundDERsonne June 2, 2012 10:42 AM BST
Imo this match depends on his body - if Haas is feeling well, he should be able to beat gasquet.

'Bet of the day'? Based on what?

Why do you think this result will occur - a hunch?
Report freundDERsonne June 2, 2012 11:32 AM BST
My experiences with Haas, I've seen nearly all of his GS matches within the last 6 years and his allround game with again his rejuveniled motivation and class will be enough to dominate Gasquet - though if he's a set or one up and Gasquets leads a set with break by 4:1 for example has will give a set away and spare his energy - I think it will happen like this. Anyway I'm hoping for a lot of clean groundstrokes and a high-technique match.
Report qqqqqw June 2, 2012 12:54 PM BST
who will take 1 s
Report freundDERsonne June 2, 2012 2:26 PM BST
both of them I think - Haas will blast Gasquet and Murray away though - pure class coming up
Report hitmanHaas June 2, 2012 2:33 PM BST
surely this will go 5, and a high quality match let's hope...take over 35.5
Report t.richards June 2, 2012 2:33 PM BST
Anybody got a Eurosport feed at all for this match? Thanks in advance

Report tenniso June 2, 2012 2:55 PM BST
What was SP on Gasman?
Report t.richards June 2, 2012 2:56 PM BST
around 1.4
Report Vala June 2, 2012 2:59 PM BST
Haas will take this one in 4.
Report t.richards June 2, 2012 3:00 PM BST
Any reason why Haas so high? Gasquet doesn't appear to be the outright fav. that his price would suggest
Report arsenal79overs_ June 2, 2012 3:01 PM BST
too low now 1.32 lol
Report arsenal79overs_ June 2, 2012 3:02 PM BST
price on Gasq incredibly low... its not WTA where a hold is surprising
Report tenniso June 2, 2012 3:02 PM BST
thanks t.richards.. the old man Haas has played well this year despite a 100+ ranking, can be dangerous. I expect Gasket man to win but should hopefully see much higher prices
Report singero June 2, 2012 3:05 PM BST
4-4

agree with freundDERsonne, this looks more like it should be evens than 1.4
Report arsenal79overs_ June 2, 2012 3:06 PM BST
lower then SP, and looks like its going to TB Confused
Report CrowsEye June 2, 2012 3:08 PM BST

You'll be quite happy to know you can lay at 1.40~, then.

haas 8-2
gasquet 5-5 (though gas better recently, 5-1)

market loosing faith in Gasq...
Report Mystery_Man007 June 2, 2012 3:37 PM BST
eurosort have decided to show pova instead
Report singero June 2, 2012 3:38 PM BST
green out at some point imo. haas will tire if this goes long. if he goes down a break in a set he might tank it, and the market doesn't take kindly to that Plain
Report tenniso June 2, 2012 3:39 PM BST
agreed I greened out but might try and trade a bit of that up later
Report t.richards June 2, 2012 3:39 PM BST
I've shifted to Gasquet after first set, was initial plan and hope to close out if Gasq. can rejuvinate himself

i would suggst laying haase big time if he wins this set
Report t.richards June 2, 2012 4:00 PM BST
I suspect all those backers at 1.3x are breathing a sigh of relief at the moment
Report singero June 2, 2012 4:06 PM BST
haas looks like he's forcing his shots to keep up with gasquet. 1.3x now more justified imo. doubtful that haas can last a long 4 or 5 sets.
Report Canaletto . June 2, 2012 4:06 PM BST
Haas showing us why he is one of tennis's many jouneymen!!
Report Cic June 2, 2012 4:08 PM BST
big green on both but i do hope that haas has some stamina left. he's clearly the better player even at this age!
Report singero June 2, 2012 4:09 PM BST
that's harsh. guy has superb technique, just getting old and has had lots of injuries and little match play recently.
Report Mystery_Man007 June 2, 2012 4:11 PM BST
one thing we are forgetting here lads - gasquet is a mug who has poor fitness aswell
Report Mystery_Man007 June 2, 2012 4:12 PM BST
remember when he was leading 2-0 in sets against some mug and then lost 3-2 because he run of of breath
Report singero June 2, 2012 4:15 PM BST

gasquet choker? hilarious
Report t.richards June 2, 2012 4:19 PM BST
Everything has gone to plan so far this game, but always cautious as I seem to throw most profit away invariably. Going to see how Haas does this in next few games
Report singero June 2, 2012 4:20 PM BST

Gasquet is not a choker.  There, I've said it.

Gasquet can be a tanker - he is lazy and let's a match just slip away from him slowly, but he rarely has epic meltdowns.
Report CrowsEye June 2, 2012 4:51 PM BST
Very impressive.

He's making a mockery of my -5.5 games! Laugh

Was Haas outclased or did he stop trying in the last 2 sets?   Why are tennis players so pathetic in general?  Is he not embarrassed of the display he put in?
