Hi,
Looking to go to Wimbledon on one of the first few days, is anyone able to tell me how hard it is to get a grounds ticket? Coming from up North so would stay the night before, would I need to show up a few hours early to guarantee a ticket or are they normally easy enough to get?

Its easy to get ground ticket on first week... main thing to arrive bit early 6am, 7am should be definately enough to you ticket mate. When u arrive they give card and u r waiting the gates to be open (from 10 am) its well worth it for prize about £20.enjoy

I got a ground pass a couple of times last year. If you get there by 7:30 you will have no problems at all.

We went 3 years ago.
Parked at the golf course opposite the grounds at about 8am. Waited in a park for 3 hrs then shortly before midday we were in. |

Is there any way you can turn up around 5pm and get in to see some play on the first Saturday and Sunday?
Am around Wimbledon but cant make it to the grounds until that time.Willing to pay. |

Do you know if you can just turn up at 5pm and buy the evening only ground pass at the gate or would you have to queue up in the morning to get them with those buying all day ground passes?
