If the odds are going off close to 100% MaxDemon then it doesn't matter what sport it is. Somebody will be winning and somebody will be losing.

If the WTA has some magic way of causing massive losses, then it also has a chance for massive profit.

I've just learned that last line myself. My first advice to anyone trying to bet/trade is learn how to lose first. I haven't quite managed it yet, though I'm getting better.

Impressive haul but to have lost £24k in the first place, he can't be the best by definition surely?

Some big turning points were the Murray match when everyone thought he was injured first set took £550 on that match.

The Djoker Tsonga match had over £1000 riding on that match was lucky Djoker pulled through.

Two big games that luckly went my way.

Dropped the stakes now and quite happy to win £100 - £200 a day.

since 2007 i was down £24,000 for the year.

mostly because i was young won a lot at the start and thought i was unbeatable.

Horse Racing is not a sport to be piling in at short odds.

Now I've come back and managed to turn about £300 - £400 into not far off £9,000.

Bet in play and trade when you think the time is right. i have lost quite a bit of profit laying off my stake but still think it's worth it.

Before all this i lose £555 on that Nadal Verdasco match didn't lay off. Regret it but have still bounced back.

Tennis is the way forward for sure.

Basicly i came back with another £300 - £400 to play slowly built that bank up to £1000 and it's just built from there.

Mostly tennis backing the big players in big tournaments.

No real plan to it. Back the big name players that should win matches and if they go bigger odds in play even better.

i see. So i will do the same and see whre it leads me. Hopefully i will start being in a postive instead of a negative all the time

the secret is: discipline, bankmanagement, patcience and waiting for the big chances.

waiting for the opportunities is the big one.

sometimes that's hard when you get into the swing of betting everyday.

Like now it would probably be a wise move to wait till Wimbledon. No form to go on this season on grass small events.

Nadull playing in Halle this year, will get to the final to be beaten by Fed? Murray playing Mahut, who is a known worldbeater on grass, won't touch this, Tsonga to play Baker, I don't know much about these lower ranked Brits who may rise to some status on grass (remember Ward last year). Anyway the first match on grass may be tricky, even Fed can get in some trouble, though Mayer not known as a grass court specialist

Should of layed the Murray bet off in the third set when he broke first game and it went 1.1 could of been in profit for the day. Instead stupidly let it run. A day to forget.

I had a run like this prior to the French Open, when it all went downhill.

French was good for me some great wins.

SoA. Me too. The French Open was nothing short of a disaster at times. Three particular matches including the Murray-Captain Nemo match when I refused to budge my position.

I have learnt to budge more these days. I used to stick and hope that I won, a lot. But now, I find it is easier to go red and win it on something else instead.

Roland Garros 2012 was the best grans slam from last 4,5 years...manny epics with incredible swings.

my best slams by far were AO'11 (due to Ferrer beating Nadull) and FO'12

I got done by the injury. Bar two matches in March, I've lost more from injuries, medical timeouts, etc, than anything else.
