hmm, maybe it will be on some local spanish channel. it's not listed on 365 or tennis tv.
lshunter don't always get it right. the lack of alisting on 365 is pretty gloomy

Just a black stream for WTA matches at Sportingb et. Only ATP matches watchable.
I doubt it. If it's not listed on tennistv, bookies aren't going to stream it. I see there's a tv icon next to this match on sportingbet, but I can't watch any tennis on their site to to geographical restrictions, so I can't confirm that they're not showing it.

I don't know how accurate this is, but on tennistv:s tournaments page, it says there will be up to 13 live matches for WTA Madrid, whereas there will be up to 35 live matches for ATP Madrid

i rarely back short odds and i definitely don't bank anything, sry but i'd never want to advice anyone such thing 
it's still Venus who had some very decent results past weeks too and on a surface Kerber doesn't much prefer
