I am so glad I red out on Nalbandian at 6-2 2-6 4-2 15-15.

It was matter of time for seppi to break back and win the game.

Nalbandian could not won any baseline really anymore and he was serving like crap.

Gladly I could limit my loss, cause after set one I went for Nalbandian.

Bandy was always a bit of an idiot.

Was there something wrong with nalbandian physically or he just wanted some good madrid preparation?

He was fine, presumably got a bit tired and started missing. Could have won anyway.

He can handle Raonic's serve enough to get break chances, the problem is getting into rhythm. Bandy should have the edge in rallies unless it will be very hot.

I hope so, though I'm not confident enough to bet on him.

Nalbandian isn't consistent, he plays in streaks, he struggles against consistent but inferior players (like Seppi) Serve was woeful too, many double faults. Raonic should win comfortably, beaten Almagro, Murray, took Ferrer close recently on the clay.  Shame he never achieved what he could have in the game and he's 30 now, I imagine if results don't go his way over the next year or 2 he'll bow out like Safin.

It's all about his body, already when he's coming close to his best he can beat anyone in best of 3, especially on hardcourts. I think he will show some success at hard court masters, his body isn't build for grandslams though.

for example nadal this year, he just couldn't finish him.
