The Monte Carlo country club is in the city of Roquebrune Cap Martin, in France, they wouldn't have the space in Monte Carlo itself. AS Monaco is training in France too. Monte Carlo is not bigger than a neighborhood, 20,000 inhabitants. Thx ctrl-z, but it's my birth country, i know a bit about it

you can't even find a supermarket with normal prices in Monaco if i'm not mistaken

I went on Monaco in 2008 if I reckon with a friend of mine to see them live... 09.30 am we woke up.. 10 am coffee and brioches for both... and an orange juice.. it was close to 10 euro per head...
yes i once ate a sandwich there, cheapest bread and ham we could find in "supermarket" cost more than gas from Lyon easy

Of course it depends what you are looking for. If you want to relax with sea and sun, Paris could disappoint you . Montpellier area will give you more value for money if you like the beach. Cote d'Azur is very pretty but i find it boring, mostly russians millionaires and all that

Paris imo. If you go to Monaco you will have to put up with the weird arrogant people and paying astronomical prices.
A bog standard Espresso in a cafe will set you back 12 Euro and the waiter will expect a good tip on top.

Or you could stay in Cannes and pay high prices for very average food.
