Tough match for sure, those of you who had watched tsongas matches in miami, is he playing his best or is he just doing to many unforced errors???Thanks

he is close to his top... raised his tennis vs Kohli in key points.... solid from baseline... but TRafa is still a class above... value is not here imo...

I respect Tsonga hugely and have profited me on many occasions, tho on this occasion i have to go with Nadal simply because he really wants to win and will try hard on every point. I say this as tsonga loss to del potro a few weeks ago in paris and he tried his best. Yet Nadal lost to federer last week in terrible condition and will want a title on the hard court having missed out when he was favorite over the number 3 seed.

agree to the statement of Nadal not serving well enough the last matches. Tsongas first serve on fire as it normally is and second serve also very strong. Rest of the game was huge when it had to be (Kohli Tie break) but not at his maximum i think. Anyway I'm on Tsonga and Tsonga 2:0.

agree with thebhoys rafa serve is in and out and its his biggest matter in his defeats
but 1.44 for me its huge for rafa, tsonnga was on the big slump recently,maybe he hit the bottom maybe not but anyways rafa for me |

Hmm the match vs a well-playing Nalbandian was great until Tsonga serving for match 30:0, this match also as the Kohli match where he recovered from 3:1 to 6:4 in the first set and was on the spot in the tie break are the reasons to convince me.
