Nadal is not that intelligent. He liked the three match format, because it enables crowds to see more of the top players, yet he argues against the number of tournaments they have to play. He says that match fixing does not happen, when it has been proven. He says he plays the sport because he enjoys competing, but he is going to refuse to play tournaments where his winnings could be over-taxed. He says that players are getting burnt out yet says things like "I'm so far removed from the world of doping that my lack of knowledge is complete. I do not accept that they label me as a doper when since the age of seven I have worked thousands of hours every f---ing day. It's tiring, at the end of the day."

I agree SorA. At last year's Aussie Open Nadal actually forgot which of his hamstrings he had "injured" in his loss against Ferrer.
He seemed to be struggling with his left leg throughout the match but then after the match he said that it was his right leg that was injured.

1. Not hard on your knees 2. There's more money in golf than in tennis. 3. less taxes to pay on golf revenue 4. you can bend over every time you're going to make a shot. 5. he can be a champion in golfing

If you look at the money lists for both sports you will see that there is a lot more money in golf, except at the very top. The top 2 in the tennis money list for 2012 djokovic and federer have made $2,700,000 and 2,300,000 compared to Rory mcilroy $2,400,000 and Kyle Stanley $2,000,000. However as you drop down the list in tennis the money drops dramatically but in Golf the drop is much more gradual. At 10 Almagro has made $400,000, whereas the no 10 Golfer Bubba Watson 1,700,000(nearly as much as 1 and 2). When you get down to 100 the difference is $46,000 tennis to 240,000 in golf(more than the number 14 Gasquet)It would take me far too long to work it out but I would estimate the top 10 in tennis have made more money than everybody else put together and the top 2 have made nearly as much as the rest of the top 10. This is because obviously the winner of a tournament gets the most money, with the runner up getting about half as much then it roughly halves for each round you go back and it is usually the same guys winning and in the latter stages whereas in golf there is generally a different winner every tournament. If a tennis player is ranked more than about 200 I reckon they will struggle to earn much of a living as they will be playing most or all of their matches on the challenger circuit which earns a fraction of the ATP tour. So if you are talented at both sports Golf is definately the one to go for and you have a longer career. Although tennis players do seem to get good looking wives/girlfriends(most of them anyway)
