She beat her in 2006? So what Caro was 16 barely the player she is now. Besides that Arvidsson never won another set against Caro.
If you bet on Arvidsson and have a good position make damn sure you lay out in time, because she is a first class choker.

Personally I could never back Arvidsson when she has a lead. I've seen her perform some of the most awful chokes of WTA history.
The one that is in my mind is the match she played against Alicia Molik. One of the most ridiclous things I've ever seen, serving for the first set at 5-3 40-0 goes on to lose the next 6 games and the match 5-7 3-6.
Her match against Pennetta only recently was beyond ridiclous, had dozens of chances to serve out and win the match yet she choked each and every time, although being the better player in general. 3rd set was no contest then she lost 1-6.

5-4 the most crucial stage of the match yet and Chokefia Mugvidsson goes on to lose the next 12 out of 15 points. Moral of the story, known your players and when to get out before they choke

Looks like a classic grind out. But seriously you could see that coming miles away if you know both players well enough.
backed Caro @ 1,3 | 1,7 | 2,8
But got to say, Caro had some awful streches in the 2nd set, then she just threw some service games away.

Woz's coach just told her they will be playing for one more week if she doesn't keep concentration and brings the balls to the swede. I'm afraid he is right...

Wozza usually has a good feel for what to do and how to beat her opponent, she finds it out during the match don't think that his coaching helps her that much in general, seems like a natural ability of hers to adjust to her opponents in time.

In my opinion he is more of a morale support, because Wozza won the match getting more solidity in her game and just grinding Sofia out as usual. She was making an unusual amount of UEs.
It might be part of her transition, because she plans to get more aggressive with her game and she lost the first set trying to hit through Sofia, which can never work on this court and her lack of power.
