Andy leads h2h 9-6 from which on the open hard court is 6-3
the goat seems to be in some renaissance of his career,maybe not playing best tennis he ever played but he rediscovered those elements of his game which r important to win simultaneously with saving his legs and energy as much as posssible.
service working very well, forehand is deadly as ever not making many errors, singlehanded backhand ,slice very effective ,great footwork efficient movement is still there .
Murray should be on the best yrs of his career right now, he beats fedex regularly.
he loses only if hes serve is working badly or either he is not taking his chances.
here in dubai he is serving well converting his breakpoints efficiently, but every game is different story,especially for erratic sometimes Andy
in their matchups they both, always have lot of chances, i expect both serve will be on the top level, so it will go down to the break conversion, who will be more effecitive will win
i think murray although have very positive record against roger is always underdog(or 50-50) for the bookies so the odds 2.3 high on murray its not a concern, its always like that
but murray wins much more often anyways

if this goes to three sets, you have to favour murray imo. 5-1 in 3-setters, including 4 wins coming from a set down... can't ignore that

you know, roger gifted a service game to keep the game intensity up, now he is trying to break again

tactically this was an extremely poor match from murray; just couldn't decide what to do. seems like fed's aggression/ue's completely messed him up.

I couldn't watch today's final, unfortunately.
After yesterday's win Andy said this - "It wasn't an amazing standard," he said. "I still think I could've played better as well. I'm sure Novak feels the same. So that's actually a good sign for me that maybe not playing my best tennis I could still win against him."
I'm not quite sure what Andy is trying to say...he confuses me at times.
