I've read quotes from Gulbis where he's effectively admitted to tanking, saying: "if I lost the first set I would've lost the match"
but I never thought he'd tank from a set up playing against someone like this and so deep into a tournament!

Sorry mate ;[p you must be mentally challenged if that is what you think is spamming. Its also ironic because you keep wasting space at "crucial moments" by responding with your idiotic complaints. Why exactly are you responding if these moments are so "crucial" and important? Makes no sense.
And mate look up the meaning of spamming, and don't respond if it is clogging up the boards you ****.

Ctrl-z If you're mood depends on a few comments on these boards your life must be really pathetic and lonely. I get it, no life. Betting all the time. Gotcha. Maybe you need to go away.

Hey ;[p why are you hypocritically spamming the precious space of these boards? Didn't you just say it takes away from important moments? Yet you keep responding. Hypocritical and dumb? Once again, if you complain about wasting space here, stop with your pointless replies. Get it, STFU, or you keep contradicting yourself. Its not that difficult to understand dumbo.

God swebih, what are you on about? You ever seen me use insults like Frozendog does here? You're the one who keeps calling people (or at least me) pathetic and uses low insults if you've forgotten already. Get a grip, seriously.
Also, Frozendog is not a platinum member. I can write fuck, shit, retard and even Carrot Top as much as I want because of that. Just look at his posts and you'll see he can't.
Jesus...

he really desserves to have his asskicked out in first rounds in next masters, so he will leave hopefully leave top 100. then he can play qualifiers and learn to fight, otherwise the tour doesnt need such a non-trier.

No, I wouldn't put Gasquet in the same category. He is just a poor tactical player, and too defensive at times. But seriously, tactically speaking Gasquet doesn't look like he ever has a plan.
Monfils and Gulbis can go off the rails at any time. Its their mentality. No do or die, but its partly your game as well.

This time last year, he played Karlovic in the final here at Delray Beach. I remember watching him completely dismantle Karlovic in the final. Karlovic was throwing unservables at Gulbis, but despite this, Gulbis was returning them, and playing his way into rallies and winning points. Ultimately, he won fairly handily against an opponent who has been known to trouble some of the very best. I even remember swebih saying Karlovic was value (statistically speaking).
It's just ridiculous that Gulbis can play so well one year, but get destroyed by a journeyman the next.
