I don't if it's been said already but it seems the 'no commentary' options is available on every match except the ones with her. almost as if betfair is doing it on purpose

She is absolutely horrific. I was listening but have had to mute her. Just incredible that someone asks her to do this.

She shouldnt be commentating on anything. The best place for her voice would be the interrogation rooms at Guantanamo Bay.
She called Baker English which made me laugh. Other than that she is just astoundingly bad.
She is on the Ferrer match, I missed her lovely voice.

she's either young and inexperienced and not too bright, or, more likely, she has a mental handicap. i really don't want to be negative about someone who is handicapped, but someone needs to help her out. where are her supervisors?
I don't get why you complain. Why not to put an other language if you don't want to lose the ambiance sound ? The french commentator is sleeping most of the time, he will not disturb

There is a motorbike that starts up every morning near where I live. It is noisy. I would prefer to listen to two hours of that than this woman's voice.

About 3 weeks ago this woman was commentating on a match and i wondered why i was irritated, the result was going my way yet i was increasingly disturbed by something, then it dawned on me... it was her voice. Not her fault she sounds like that but I didn't want to hear more of her so I logged into my bet365 account where it said you must place money on the event to watch this match and so all to get away from her voice I did. It takes me to the game and guess what? it's HER voice again but on a different site! now puzzled and dazed from hearing THE most annoying voice I have ever heard I had to leave the match for 10 minutes before coming back where I went through a process of pressing the mute button when she came on but when the balls were being whacked about "unmuting" it. I stuck with this for 10 minutes before I grew bored and just kept it on mute which spoiled any atmosphere whatsoever. Along with her voice she is just so patronising - speaking to us like none of us have ever seen a tennis player.

its a shame to mute some matches, but this lady it is just impossible to hear.

I think performgroup (http://www.performgroup.co.uk/) provides the streams with their watch&bet service (http://watchandbet.performgroup.com/).
Another commentator (the one from Marocco) just said he worked for IFC sports. Maybe she works for the same company.
