mau, if you want to dispute it, you can contact Betfair and tell them you intend to go to IBAS for a resolution. Ask them to send you a form, which they should do. When they have sent the form, send it off to IBAS, with printed screenshots. See what happens.
they won't resettle this as KK is the actual winner... even the official SB was right the last 3/4 of the match... BF was reluctant to settle it until the got sure the official SB was right especially to avoid any resettling mess...
Complain to Betfair, with the screenshots, then if you don't get anywhere, decide whether you want to dispute it via IBAS.

That does not entirely ensure that Betfair are within their rights to invalidate a market though, noTry. What that statement says is that Betfair have no responsibility i.e. they are not monetarily responsible in terms of compensating customers. It makes no reference to invalidation of Betfair markets.

As DStyle said you don't have a case here at all. IBAS or any institution of law isn't gonna do shit.
All you can do is: Suck it up, learn from it and never do it again. I know blaming others is always the easy way (in all parts of life)...but we're the ones pushing the buttons here and God have I made some ridiculous mistakes on here in the past. I try to learn from them each and every day.

A shame for me and I think for many, but BF and decided and stayed with all the money from our betting (particularly leaves me zero), I understand that both betfair as http://www.mismarcadores.com/ tennis / which followed the match gave the same result and modify it over this.
Personally, here ends my relationship with BF, I think this may have a monopilio allowed to do these things.

See this is what annoys me. People like jguty who will now leave this site because of the unfairness of it.
i haven't source to view the exact score of the match. It's incredible that if i had it, and back at 50 10000$ for the knapp winner at match point, betfair would pay me? In the opposite, i don't think exist a quote that can be at 1,1 or as the screen shot i have at 1,01 when the final score is 6-2 6-2 for the opposite player...

Incidentally, does it state on the Betfair mobile app. that they have no responsibility for incorrect scores? I have never used it, so I wouldnt know.

I dont think Betfair should be showing scores if they have now been proven to be inaccurate. Their job is to offer the market, not the scores. If they want to attract customers by adding this extra feature, they must ensure that this situation does not occur.

funny that, given i was one of the first people to highlight that there was something up with this market (before the 1st set was even over), whilst the best you could add was some unjustified suspicions about the integrity of the players, completely missing the point edy and I were making.

jguty, Betfair havent officially broken their rules. It is a question of whether morally they were correct not to cancel the bets, and whether their rules are legal, but within the rules of the site itself they settled the market correctly.
and whether their rule of no responsibility for scores on their website then translates to no voiding of markets if they misled their customers.
365 was 10 on KK and 1.03 on AD after the 1st set... have no idea if they settled it or not as I haven't got a bet there... just went there to see what their SB was showing...

They voided the Davydenko match when the odds were obviously incorrect. Surely that was not their responsibility either.
If you argue for the bets not to be refunded on this, then you must agree with that statement too.

I dont know of any situation, other than pre-match Dolgopolov bets, in which they have had the odds going in the wrong direction, after that Davydenko match. It would be interesting to see what they do if it reoccurs.

Oh there have been some. A match in St. Petersburg between an unnamed Italian and an unnamed Russian had the russian at 1.1 or 1.2 a set and a break behind.

Its unlikely. Phone them, or write to them, explain why youre unhappy about it and see what they say. If youre not happy with what they say, speak to a manager or complain to the arbitration service. There isnt a lot else you can do.

betfair write to me that they inquire into this case, because their supplier of score had much irregularities about this match...so this is my version, i dont have problem that if i lose any bet, i have problem that official website of betfair have problem with delivery of official score...and know some clever boys here write something about own risk...just no no no...this is website of official company, its not forum, its not community of customers, and somebody must have responsibility for datas on this website
At least they are not just referring to their rules and ignoring you, as I suspected they may do.
