Last night of auditions tonight thank the lord. In keeping with the total fix narrative of the series tonight we get a random audience member asking Cowell if he can audition to sing to his husband. Said random audience member Max Fox just happened to have his registered companies office at the Tower Ballroom Blackpool.
One day someone will expose Cowell as a fraud and rightly so.
That said the paucity og British talent has once again been badly exposed, so we are left with a mass of foreign imports leading the challenge. Do think the Blackouts are the rightful favourites and perhaps Stacey a credible 2nd fav other than that ite wide open. Any body got any other thoughts?

It was a shambles from start to finish, TBF to Betfair they knew the rules, not so sure about 365 who left the to qualfy market open following the Blackouts GB with them still priced 1/6. Some punters obviously hadnt read the rules as they were backing the Blackouts to win the PV over £200 was laid. Amanda and Simon were obviously speaking complete ballocks all show and the new shiny Golden Buzzer was a complete flop.
Cant see how the Blackouts can win this now Attraction were far superior. |

Think the Blackouts will be happy after tonight, the judges went out of their way to say Cheer Re Mans were their favourite act of the night, hardly a ringing endorsement of Olly and Stacey, that said them not getting top2 in the OV will be a concern, Will was frankly poor and a concern for the Blackouts as a foreign act. Theres some big prices on the ladder if someone can find the quality.

The buzzer is making a real mess of it. Even cowell can't be happy with this result and it's all his own doing. Dunno what the rest of the semis look like but happy with blackouts so far

Both act from Saturday past capable of a top six in the final imo, I'm not really feeling a winning vibe from any of the act through, the black outs bore the more you watch and Stacey would need pimp or last three with no hopers in after her.

Hear our voice ( choir ) Max Fox ( Singer ) Maya Giotea ( Singer ) Romania Idolls ( Dance group ) Japan Obsequious ( Dance group ) Philippines Papi ( chicken squeezer ) Taiwan Joseph Charm ( Comedian ) TK ( Magician ) Ruling out Max and Maya, Papi just making up the numbers and not sure TPTB would like a third dance group in the finals so expecting Idolls and Obsequious to get unfavourable treatment. Which leaves Joseph, TK and Hear our voice. Joseph - Golden Buzzer. Hear our voice - semi winners. |

Cant disagree too muc h with that assesment Beted, though H.O.V. are terrible singers and electris Umbrella couldnt make it from trap 8, would have to give TK as a magician and I Dolls a chance to add variety.

Haven't watched any of this yet this year. Just switched over in time to catch this guy Justin Charm that calls himself a comedian. So unfunny and cringe that I felt embarrassed for him. Then they give him a golden buzzer? What the actual f. I can't imagine how bad the rest of the performers must be for him to get the buzzer.

We are heading into the final week of semi finals! For me only one of the PV winners can we the series. Ones of have got the GB in my view they really dont care what the public think. There is no data to go off the GB winners. At this stage, for me it’s Stacey or HOV. But if had to pick it would be HOV. Where did the votes from? What demographic? Because they certainly beat Max who was given slot 3 which coming 2nd from that is good! Bear in mind 13.1 million watched the drama series on ITV! Are we seeing a much Middle Aged and older demographic watching because of the Choir? I think they are in with a great shout! |

Gave the first audition show a go, realised I've had enough of the faux surprise/horror. Meaning, for the first time since Paul Potts, haven't seen any of the acts. Choirs have a desperate record, no winners so, unless there's something really special about HOV, they won't be winning; max red

Pushing hear our voice seemed the plan, but i doubt they'll be favoured now. Good song choice mind. But seemed to be scattered with young ringers, presumably as they were too bad to start with.

Cowell went into distraction mode with 'don't blame starmer' . Not the first place I'd look for political discussion, but it's classic cowell and didn't seem to bode well for their chances. Not much time for discussing how great they were (not)
