Exchange Menu "My Account-->Betting Profit and Loss"
I.E. the page you view the exchange settled bets for today/yesterday/7 days/30 days/3 months

I've tracked it down to an exact failure point
2024-12-09 10:59 Request for settled bets on or before the time BREAKS the web page
2024-12-09 11:00 Request for settled bets on or after the time WORKS fine
I was onto Customer services for a couple of hours with no joy, but got a spread sheet of my bets from them and I can see the SPOTY market partially settled at the exact time that cause me a problem view my settled bets.
it breaks when I try to request anything including these bets

I never know why they do this.
One day there will be enough of an outcry that someone is left off the list the bbc will claim a technical error and add them again |
