This is the first time in specials history that I disagree with you Army.
Around 10/1 is pretty short and will drift like a barge unless he delivers immediately. Of course, his odds could come in a bit when he arrives, but he needs to deliver something extra special to sustain that. 30/1 won't be too far away. I understand that you don't think this field is very strong, so I guess that's where we disagree. Finishing above one of Josie, Sam, and Danielle seems a tough ask, and that's without any other storyline to emerge. But I hope he lands for you ![]() |

its a 1st
![]() ![]() yeah i see dani not competing with josie in the vote stakes, think she'll struggle to get quality airtime and won't get to do a trail for a long time, just a team one and a dingo or two. josie around camp and in the dr or whatever it is, is just way more fun and appealing. farage i cannot have at all 5th at best fred looks a total cert to go angry on more than one occasion, got the hump with sam on day 1. no way he lasts staying happy. tony is an unknown rest have no chance whatsoever For me frankie won't have to do anything amazing like you're suggesting, just stay happy and he goes very close to that top 3 |

His bb form can be discounted down to track didn't suit, if thats what some are basing his chances on. he had great fun with razor, but speidi really did damage that house mentally.
completely different arena this |

Congrats on giving yourself the luxury of 3 places
If you tried this on bb, you'd have got 1 out of ten tips |

Youre very right army, Frankie of today is a very different person from the one who appeared in CBB. He was coming off his addictions pre CBB so was very subdued and also vary aware that he needed to redeem himself with the GBP.
Fast forward to Ascot the other week and hes a completely different person, full of life and enjoying every moment its fair to say 2023 has been the best year of his life. Hes doing celeb for the money which may surprise people, he has a tendency to be overgenerous hosting parties where there are no expense spared and virtually everyone is invited. At his retirement party all the proceeds were given to charity. He is not mean spirited in any shape or form. Will concede that he is a bad loser and has a tendency to want to be left alone after a painful defeat. He does remind me of a certain forumite called army |

I’m flying straight to the States [after Ascot] for the Breeders' Cup and then on to Melbourne, and I promised [owner] Marc Chan that I would delay my retirement as he’s very keen to run Kinross in Hong Kong. If he doesn’t make it, then Melbourne could be my last one," Dettori said.
European entries for the Hong Kong International raceday at Sha Tin on December 10. Record prize-money of £12.45 million (€14.3m) is on offer for the four feature races – the Hong Kong Sprint, Hong Kong Mile, Hong Kong Vase and Hong Kong Cup – and has helped attract a host of big names from Europe and further afield. Heading the challenge from Britain is Kinross, who will bid to give Frankie Dettori success in the Hong Kong Mile. The six-year-old has had the race as a long-term target with his owner Marc Chan living in the city. Final of I'm a celeb is Dec 10th. |

Thanks very much for posting that E.M.R.
Top man. |

Dettori, who would be set for a huge payday well in advance of £100,000 should the horse win, said: "Marc is keen to have him in Hong Kong.

100k is pocket change to what frankie will be earning in the states
Do you think Frankie will want to be in and out of the jungle quickly to get his pay cheque and get to Hong Kong in time ? too guarantee that happening he will have to act like a complete knob so the public don't vote for him, seems a bit far fetched if thats the case. maybe both doors are open and coz of Big Brother he's not confident of his chances is more likely the case and its rather what happens 1st. As a backer im not concerned in the slightest fwiw |

ive found two threads of interest regarding frankie, it seems he started very strongly in bb and tailed off towards the end when it all got too much for him..as JOT has said, probably the worst time of his life bar the plane crash.
I consider frankie an extremely decent prospect after doing the research, this is a completely different frankie these days. He starts strong and kicks on for home this time ![]() ![]() |

When you look down the list of potential national treasure's, there obviously isn't one..josie maybe has a chance if she stays on the box but thats down the line.
For me Frankie is well up there, without doubt the closest to being one in this field..he went into BB as joint fav 5/1 with rylan and that was 10 years ago, thats how popular he was then. Not done mega tv work since then but it takes a long time to reach national treasure levels. |
