Interesting week.
No doubt Debbie will come back with a huge fanfare after being in the dance off and with the perfect dance for it. If there is such a thing as a "best dancer" vote does this result in Debbie getting the lion's share of it this week and putting Alexandra in danger. I can't see her doing a particularly subtle and romantic rumba if she attacks it the same was she does every other dance and she has quite a fierce dramatic song for a rumba. OC the PD-a-thon could help her. Another big test of Gemma's vote with possibly a tricky Samba to overcome. Likewise re the PD-a-thon. Susan and KfG look like they should have a pleasing routine with a great track (and they got through that rubbish Tango and the all-about-Kevin PD). With a lot of uptempo, dramatic tracks is Davood's Waltz going to stand out as particularly beautiful and romantic - or dull? Perhaps the battle of the QuickSteps puts Mollie back in the doldrums. I thought Mollie and AJ were really excellent on ITT earlier in the week - maybe she has built up a degree of support - or has just scraped through the last few weeks. |

PD info ahead of the PD-a-thon
Debbie Wk 1 scored 30 Alexandra Wk 2 36 Gemma Wk 4 35 Joe Wk 5 26 (no Bruno so score from 3 judges) Mollie Wk 8 22 Davood Wk 9 35 Susan Wk 9 25 |

Figures done, hard to see Mollie out of the dance off (not exactly earth shattering).
Alex likely to be scored high enough to avoid it unless they're happy for her to hit B2 to pick up support next week and going forward? Susan going to have to get a big PV to avoid the dance off. Will the first crowd-pleasing dance be enough. Can KfG do enough of his PD schtick so the PD-a-thon doesn't put them on too much of a downer. Does Debbie nick most of the best dancer vote or does the fact that one of the top scorers was in the dance off last week result in the bottom two of the LB in the dance off as so often is the case. Assume some people will always want to vote for the male celebs ahead of the females, so does that help both guys with only two left? |

Evening squares. Good write-ups those. Sums it all up well ahead of tonight. If the woman is lifted up off the dancefloor during the paso doble-athon, instant DQ apparently.
