It's pretty difficult to lose with the huge advantage of seeing the footage that will be aired.

Had to have a big play on Moldova in-play, it just stood out among all the drab tunelessness of the evening. When the girls changed their dresses in an instant it reminded me of two past ESC winners which were also upbeat and with the girls having an instant dress change - UK 1981, Latvia 2002. I wonder how far Moldova would have gone in a year without the upbeat wacky slot being taken by Francesco and his ape, and with a second half draw. In fact with Italy, Poland and Armenia to accommodate at the end of the first half, Moldova will probably get an early first half draw. Opening the show?
