Wondering why these videos are only "snippets" & sound like mobile recordings ..
yet bear the Eurovision logo  ...

Never seen these before  ...

These snippets are the official clips of the rehearsals that is provided by the producers that they upload to the official Eurovision.tv channel on Youtube.

They have the sound that you hear from within the venue and not the actual sound that you would hear through your speakers when watching on tv.

For the second rehearsals the rehearsal clips get shown for 1 min instead of the 30 secs that you get with first rehearsals.

I think its 1 min but i'm not sure, i do know its longer than 30 secs on second rehearsal clips.

It's only designed to give viewers a flavour. Basically first rehearsals will be the first time a lot of the nations will have put their staging plans together, and they don't want to embarrass any of them as they won't all go smoothly the first few times. I don't think there's any attempt to put people away but they want to leave something in the locker for the lives.

I think tomorrow Sunday the 6 automatic qualifiers will be selecting their half draw for the grand-final. Last year the 6 automatic qualifiers selected their half draw for the grand-final during the red carpet session whereas in previous years they did the selection during the second press conference after their second rehearsal. Both are taking place tomorrow so we will get to find out the half draws for the 6 automatic qualifiers.

So Italy draw first half whilst Ukraine, Spain, Germany, UK and France all draw second half. Interesting. Which leaves 12 first half slots and 8 second half slots. So chance of getting a first half slot is 60% to a second half of 40% for the first qualifier on Tuesday and if they go in performance running order in previous years the first to pick out will be Sweden.

Hi Guys. I am contemplating schticking a fiver on the Irish lad, the one that sounds like a 10 year old girl screaming in a choir. Odds 290.00!! Ok, I'm kind of bias as I live in Ireland but sometimes freaks and odd balls push through to make for a good trade. Worth a fiver surely??

If I was you I would stick your fiver on Ireland to qualify from tonight's semi at around 9/2, if it gets through you can get yourself a free bet for the final, I doubt the odds will change that much in the win market even if it does get through.If it doesn't get through you would lose your fiver on the win market anyway. Good luck in whatever you do.

I know it's a tough Semi Tonight but any reason why Macedonia is trading at 2.8 to qualify??

Yes, I did partially give you an answer on that. On the Thurs or Fri before contest i said that i was quite partial to Ukraine but at the time i posted wasn't confident to say to anyone to back it and then it won but i didn't even back it myself which i kick myself for that. This year i was partial to Bulgaria and it came second but i didn't back it. Perhaps next year should i become partial to something that i should back it Top 3 in the market. I have only ever back/lay in the win market in these past 6 years so perhaps next year i might try the 10 to qualify from semi markets next year.
