I was seemingly left with the dregs but I think one of them is a runner. Stephen Bear is pretty awful but that gives him the chance to turn things around in dramatic fashion, I think deep down he is a decent guy, and if that emerges watch him come into serious contention.

This is no quick journey and it won’t be very comfortable either, some passengers may also smell of wee, but the destination will be worth it, so climb aboard the Bear Bus. BEEP BEEP! Cool

Even if he gets to the final he won't win. Even Whale smashed him in 1 of the votes, and Renee almost certainly beat him last week

If he got to a final 2, H2H he would probably still be trading around 4's because of the massive anti-vote he gets

Report mach August 19, 2016 3:47 PM BST
Whale has no chance of getting top 4 in the show, he was the anti bear vote, and he has shot himself in the foot since
Report bearcub August 19, 2016 3:53 PM BST
I agree Whale was an anti-vote but if the figs from the polling were to believed he smashed him

The 2% between 2 runners was likely to have been between Bear and Marnie, again that was poor considering Marnie was doing terrible and Bear should have been doing really well.

We've seen it time and again with the likes of Perez and Tiff that the viewers will save them much more than they're likely to vote for them to win

The fact that Bear struggles even in Save votes isn't a good sign

i disagree, bear is a completely different case to perez and tiffany and you can speculate about his vote to save but his support has continued to grow throughout the series. aside from bear and renee no one has really built up any kind of momentum from what i've seen so far, unless you can suggest others? if Bear gets to the final it's squeaky bum time for you and fig i reckon.

There's been some really poor winners of cbb down the years, very few win because they've been entertaining or strong contenders. I can think of Rika, Paddy, Denise, Jordan, Scotty T, Bez off the bat, sure there's been more.
Report Tom_Ato August 19, 2016 6:01 PM BST
they either had something about them (Paddy, Bez), had massive fanbases (Scotty T, Katie Price), did something of note in the house (Denise).

So who is the equivalent poor winner of this series?
Report Cider August 19, 2016 6:02 PM BST
Busey, Davidson, Shilpa won as they were perceived to be victimised/ostracized by the group. Nobody in that ballpark this series.

Ricky has done absolutely nothing of note this series and i think his fanbase is very questionable, he has 42K followers on twitter and he gets very low twitter mentions during each episode. he cannot do a scotty t or katie price with these numbers imo.

Report hemsby August 19, 2016 6:15 PM BST
It's a very poor field and if any "villain" is ever likely to win CBB then the ingredients are perfect for bear to triumph.

If he makes it to the final then a 6 way VTW may see him sneak it owing to motivation to vote and the anti-bear vote being equally distributed.

Very difficult series to decipher though and last nights show was a stinker for bear.At this stage it's difficult to argue with his current price.

Can`t believe I`m writing this, but flexibility`s the key, and all that!

Spent ages today looking up and down the list, but just couldn`t find our winner. Looked some more, but still no good, so didn`t do anything. Took Ricky max red a while back, but the laying of others had reduced that away, and I stopped laying him the longer it went without a clear challenger.

Value`s king, though, so all change for me tonight; Ricky max red again, which has involved SHOCK HORROR!) bringing Bear green. (Still can`t believe I`m writing this!). He`s no Helen Woods, yet the stitch up is following a similar route, and he has a week to follow her path. I really really don`t want him to win but, if you`re taking on odds-on shots, you have to have green somewhere!

i am clueless about what will happen but i think last night's show was back to being what the rest of the series has been; bear being a windup, renee unable to cope with him and becoming a little deranged, ricky doing sweet fa apart from a bit of seething, the rest largely irrelevant.

he seems to have survived flopping the redemption arc but may not need redemption to win anyway.

He`s been an awful phucker again last night, disgusted the house, undone the last few days` good work with social media going mental over him glassing Sam, and a huge outcry over C5 rigg1ng his victory which is even all over the press. He`s blown it, he`d be a real feel-bad winner, alienating untold numbers of lifelong fans. Do C5 really feel he`s worth the effort? Hasn`t he shown all there is to him, we don`t need any more, win or lose C5 can still give him his spin-off show.
I wouldn`t put it beyond the realms that C5 actually realise that the best publicity route they could take now is to evict him. Yes, just two days before the final, I`d love it!.
All in all, circumstances have changed again, so my book has too; taken my profit, he`s now my only max red. Even if only for a couple of days, it didn`t seem right having such a nightmare green, feeling much better now.

Bear is immature but a lot of it has been calculated to bring these boring fence sitters out of their shells rather than sitting around robotic like not wanting to say anything that may be controversial or cause someone to put them up.

In the grand scheme of thing's anyone labelling this sort of behaviour as vile or evil need to get some perspective in their life.

Bear is immature, renee at 48, I've never seen such complete over reaction from someone this age consistently in my life.
