Don`t be silly, GB2, no insiders. The vote wasn`t even open! I think it was his SM reactions, allied to the fact that one after the other, the rest were disappointing. Well, I thought Beau was very good, but the market decided she wasn`t winning.. Then Wayne failed to deliver and, whoosh, it was all over.

Unlucky Dan. I remember feeling the same after that Scottish guy won. A small win iirc but felt like a loss due to giving so much green away after the Cowell deramp (I enjoyed his performance)
I thought the Troopers might steal it in such a close contest with a some very MEM friendly songs. It's Raining Men and Dirty Dancing in particular

missed the show tonight but not surprised the magician won after watching the clips back. richard is a clever man, a sly little fox, he has played this series perfectly from start to finish. luckily i blindly laid a chunk of wayne green in play at high 2s but probably would have layed more if i had watched the show. given how close the voting was i think wayne could have won tonight with a more emotional song. in any case i hate having to attend social events, especially when they clash with finals. i'm not a people person and i have no time for anyone, go away and leave me alone.

Fair enough Tim.

Tom he was a sly little fox who knew all the right strings to pull.

Just watched Wayne's "That's Life" again. Honest talent and my fav performance of the series. Even better than:

Davros after finishing his act: "Are we through? Which one's the Queen?"
"I didn't get to show you me legs."

Cowell: "That was beyond bad. At least I said no originally. You three are responsible."

Davros to Walliams etc: "Yes! It's your fault!"

Dec: "The public might still want to vote"

Davros holding up his foot to his face like a phone: "Yeah. Ring Davros. We can make it happen."

The only SF act (in history?) getting 4 red buzzers. Class.
